knees and place your feet on the floor. In this case, lie down with a towel
under your feet, keep your knees straight and slowly pull towards yourself by
holding the two ends of the towel. Stand two feet away from the wall. Stand in
front of the wall. Bend your knees and place your feet flat on the floor. At
the same time, keep the other leg straight.
